Même problème de mon côté: impossible de s'abonner pour un forfait TV. Quand on arrive à l'écran de choix de carte de crédit, une icône "loading" tourne sans arrêt. (même comportement avec chrome normal, chrome incognito, firefox et iphone/safari)

Le site https://txt.bell.ca/bell/fr permet d'envoyer des messages textes à des téléphones Bell seulement. C'est normal que ça ne marche pas. Je viens de faire un test avec https://globfone.com/send-text/ et j'ai bien reçu le message.
