Can i cancel my order, i see no options to cancel my order that i juste made plus there are now phone numbers that i can use to contact some support... Please help me.

    We are Fizz users like you.
    All The only thing you need to do is to ask for help online.
    You must contact the support from Fizz by chat for the order of your sim card.
    This service is available from 8h00 to 21h00, each day .
    To chat without problem:
    First, connect you to your Fizz account.
    Then, open a second window and types this adress:
    https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
    Wait a few seconds until you see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
    When you see it, click on it.
    Your chat session with Fizz begins.

    You will have to wait tomorrow morning after 8:00 am to chat with Fizz support,

    You have some control in your profile online, but the best is to contact de Fizz customer service online or by messenger.

    The only support is by web, this is the inconvenience: no phone.
    That's why is cheap!!!

    You should contact the support service at the first hours of the next day to try to cancel the previous order.
