Cant receive shortcode from Capital One,wich mean that I cant confirm my identity and cant have access to my credit card.That's a big issue

I fail to see what Capital One shortcode has to do with the Fizz help forum ? Are you trying to pay your bill but are having trouble with your credit card ?
As a temporary solution, you can always add some funds to your wallet on your profile.

To clarify: I cant receive shortcode sms from Capital One because of fizz issue with 2FA and shortcode numbers.4

It's a known issue a lot of short code sms or 2FA doesn't work on Fizz. Papal is one of them .. and so on.4

I'm having the same issue, and I am disappointed with Fizz... I'm actively looking for deals elsewhere now

@vicent, @Mikael I understand your point and you are correct. At the moment is probably the most annoying bug that fizz must resolve. And if you really need this option your decision is the right one.
However, in the meantime, I would like to ask you something, can you please open a ticket with fizz in order to put some pressure on them.
