Allo! Fizz est un distributeur de type libre service, donc il est préférable d'essayer de répondre à vos questions ici. Sinon, tu peux utiliser Messenger ou la bulle du lundi au vendredi de 7h à 22h ou les fins de semaine et jours fériés de 10h à 18h. Toutefois, il se peut que ça prenne du temps pour obtenir une réponse. Sinon, essaie de les contacter ici si ta question est toujours pas résolue: https://fizz.ca/fr/nous-contacter

Voici comment obtenir la bulle Chat.
DÉSACTIVER tous les bloqueurs de publicité pour le site de Fizz
ACCEPTER les cookies pour le site Fizz
1 - Se connecter sur son compte en ligne
2 - Rejoindre une page FAQ https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/plaintes
3 -Attendre quelques secondes et la bulle chat devrait apparaitre dans le coin inférieur droit de votre navigateur.
4- Cliquer sur la bulle chat, IGNORER le message générique et poser votre question (un message apparaitra vous donnant votre rang dans la file).
5- Un agent se fera un plaisir de vous aider.Les heures d'ouverture sont:
lundi au vendredi de 8h à 21h (HNE), les fins de semaine et jours fériés de 10h à 18h (HNE)

A contact form automatically opens a ticket. Give as much details as possible.
1) Email: contactform@support.fizz.ca
2) Chat: Monday to Friday 8 am to 9 pm and Saturday + Sunday 10 am to 6 pm. You can click on the chat bubble during the available hours at the bottom right corner of every Fizz Web page once you are logged into your account. Disable any ad-blocker. When it's very busy and the wait times get too long, the bubble disappears sometimes.
Here is an alternate way to force it to appear:
Login your account;
Click on “Help”;
In “Popular topics” click on any subject;
Scroll down to the bottom;
In the right corner the chat bubble will appear after 15 seconds;
If you see “login” at the top of your screen, you have to login again even if you have already logged-in and repeat the process;
If the bubble still doesn’t appear, try a few hours later;
Click on the bubble and type your question;
You will see what position you are in the queue;
Sometimes, it can be very long before you can chat with someone - one hour, 90 minutes, etc.

4) Contact form: Login your account. My profile > Contact forms > Submit a complaint
5) As a last resort, login your account and click My plans > Manage plan > Unsubscribe You won’t be immediately unsubscribed but the bubble will appear.

I have a reserve about some options you wrote down.
I believe contactform@fix.ca does not work anymore, users reported that they were getting an reply saying no one at Fizz was monitoring incoming email at this address.
Contacting them through Facebook messenger seams to work out fine for some users, but it has to be an issue not to tricky to solve, otherwise they will tell you to get on the chat.
Contact form is good, you automatically open a ticket, but it might get a while before you hear from them by e-mail, to which you can't reply if you are not satisfied about the answer.
I DO NOT recommend the unsubscribe trick, unless you are serious about it. Fizz site could be very tricky to use, especially with a phone or a tablet. You wouldn't want to unsubscribe yourself by error.
Using the link I posted earlier ALWAYS got me through chat.
It's a good practice to ask the agent for your ticket #, if one is opened, so you can do follow-ups.
