Router : Restoring back to factory setting not working
I tried restoring my Fizz router (hitron code 4680) to factory settings by holding the reset button behind for a good minute. I want to do this because i lost the router password (not the wifi password, the router password that you need to put here http://192.168.0.1/ to access your router settings).
Its not working… when I tried to connect to my router after the hard reset with username : cusadmin password : default password on the back of my router, it doesnt work! I tried also username : cusadmin password : password.
Also my wifi, after the hard reset to factory settings on my router, comes back with the personnalized named i set up for it which makes me think the hard reset is not working at all…

Did you wait 15 minutes after the reset?
Are you able to fill the button pushed? You need to push it for 10 - 20 seconds, did the modem restarted?
