Fizz technician
Hello,
My installation was schedule today August 8, 2023, between 7h30am till 12h00pm. Till now, the technician still has not arrived. When checked the website, it says that I'm with the technician and it is in progress. I need this rectified immediately. Why have I not received a call or notification.
What will happen to my modem, installation and payment ?

Sorry to hear about the issue.
From what I see, the technician managed to come and delivered the modem and the plan was also activated successfully.
We apologize if the technician came late, but most likely he was delayed by a previous installation that might have taken longer than expected.
On a side note, if a technician can`t reach the appointment, you get an automated message later in the day that will invite you to reschedule the appointment following the details found here : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-appointment-technician-visit-my-service-address
