Installation schedule
Hello.
I made an internet installation request today but I missed it. I didn't know exactly what time the install would be, and I was working at that time. I tried again to make another appointment, but the schedule has to wait another week more. All of my family is in a very difficult situation because there is no internet. Could you please help me that I can make advance the schedule even a little? If not I might have to look for any other internet service as long as the installation is quick.

I notice you've already rescheduled your appointment for this week. The appointment dates/time frames are updated in real-time, so if you've missed the appointment and the ones available are not suitable for you, choose the earliest one you can find then check again from time to time to see if you can find anything earlier.
To do this, you'll have to go to "My plans" -> "Manage plan" -> "Reschedule".
