Wifi connection unstable
Our WiFi disconnects occasionally. It takes 3 to four hours to restart and connect again. What is the problem? We tried factory reset multiple times but it didn't solve the problem.It's been two weeks. (is it the modem or is it from our devices or fizz services?Why they don't have chat services anymore?)

I am sorry to hear about this situation.
I just verified your service and the connection's signals are not within normal values.

If the issue persists please contact our support team for further investigations.
Regarding the chat, I just verified it's working. I recommend clearing the cookies and cache and trying again.
You can also try accessing the chat from an incognito browser.

Here is how to contact the support
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a help link page from Fizz Solution Hub: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-my-fizz-account
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
