5 days later ,no internet connection ...
Hi somebody have the same probleme ? i made my monthly paiement from the website , with visa debit card . The transaction have been deducted and are now on Fizz Hands. Get Overcharge on my mobile data because 5 days after i dont have no internet connection and even no refund or nothing at all from Fizz.

There has certainly been some mixup.
Unfortunately, the only think I could recommend is to contact customer service and have them check it out. Fizz the only way to communicate is via one of the methods below (ideally via an online chat). There is no direct voice number that you can call, everything is online only.

- Sign into your account
- Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services
- Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
- Choose the option 💬 chat
- If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.
