I don't have a cable output in my apt. I'm wondering if fizz can deal with that in order to install internet.

    The technician will install the cable for free. You will have to setup your modem yourself but you can pay if you want the tech to do the setup for you:

     

    - VIP installation

    Fees: $30
    A technician will bring you your Fizz Wi-Fi modem, install it, and configure your connection as well as your Wi-Fi network.

    Yes, the tech will install the coaxial cable from outside to inside your home, he will deliver the modem and all off this is included. Yes it is free, since you do not pay the installation!

    If Videotron is available in your area, it won't be a problem.
    The videotron technician will install your coaxial câble and bring your modem for free..
    If you need a referral code in order to have 25$ on your 3rd bill, this is mine: YJRSP to use
