Why my plan didn't change the coverage and I paid already for it?

I change my coverage plan from Canada to Canada +USA last month and after new cycle month I paid already the new coverage but still appear only Canada coverage. Why?

Lots of customers experience problems while changing their plan since the maintenance. You should contact the support.4
