Anyone else having issue with their billing system? (Card removed from account)

For 'Security Reason' that they don't want to confirm, they removed my card from my account.
Not sure what is the reason (Security Breach ?) but they say that it is normal operation o/
Since then, i received a lot of buggy notification, and they cancelled my internet and my phone plan.
The support is pretty much useless, as they don't have any real power.
They just relay the info from the ticket to the specialist to you. The specialist close the ticket saying the issue is with your bank.
I've spend about an hour trying voodoo with the support and their form, trying to add random space, change min to majuscule etc..
This issue seems to affect other persons that i refered, but Fizz don't really seems to know what's going on.
Anyone else thinking to move from Fizz because of that?

    Sorry to hear about these payment problems. It must be fustrating.

     

     

    If you attempted to enter your credit card info and received multiple errors, you may be locked out of your account. You will need to contact Fizz support to reset your account limit.

     

     

    When entering CC info, follow this info from Fizz:

     



    What payment methods can I use?




     







    You can use Credit Card Visa or Mastercard, or Visa Debit to pay for your Fizz plan(s).

    Other cards such as Debit Card, American Express (Amex), Dinners... are not accepted as payment methods.

    The address and postal code that you associate with your credit card must be the same as the one you declare to your bank, otherwise payment method will be rejected.

     

    If a message informing you that you have reached the maximum number of attempts pops up, you'll have to contact our Customer Service team to clear things up: log into your Fizz account and simply click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner during our business hours
