I closed activation form window after I noticed that I used a wrong form (new act. vs replacement).
I ordered a replacement SIM card, and one arrived. I followed instructions on the package - opened fizz.ca/activate, got activation number, which led to a new account form. At that point I realized that that wasn't what I wanted; I logged into my account, and found the correct form. But SIM activation won't work again (I don't have the initial activation code/window anymore.) What do I do in this case?

If your sim was activated under the new account you made, you wont be able to use it under the same account unless you contact fizz with the bubble chat in the solution hub.1
