Bill cycle is invalid, why ?

Hi,
Trying to modify my plan. However, when I clicked on change plan, a red message appears saying that the bill cycle is invalid. Do you know why ? do you know then how to modify my plan ?

    you can change your plan anytime but it will be operational at your next period so the next month

    Same problem with me.
    Frederick, when this red message appears, I am not even able to change anything on my plan. It got me back directly to the home page of my account.
