I have the right carrier settings: Fizz 34.1. My carrier shows Fizz 3G and I can't load any internet pages or apps, and sometimes it shows this when I try to access any site:

I tried my SIM in my friend's phone and it still didn't work. Idk whats wrong with my plan, when I log in it doesn't prompt me to do anything and says I have 8gb left.
This has been ongoing for like almost a week now...

Do you try to set the APN settings like those on the site? https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn
If this didn't work you need to contact them. Good luck!5 -
I'm pretty sure it's a Fizz account setting problem, fill in a contact form if you can't get the chat bubble.
