Go to your fizz account. Under 'my profile' you should find "contact forms." One of the choices is to make an appointment for help transferring you number.

How long has it been though? Many people have received an email saying the number transfer did not go through, only to have their account fully functional a short time later.7

I recommend you do not come to Fizz maybe wait a month or two to see if it has improved
there are currently many problems and serious doubts about their ability to manage the current clientele.
I know that's not the question you asked but for 2 weeks I try to contact them with 3 different ways and none of them worked.
the network is really not stable a lot of customers are in 3G instead of LTE the SMS coming from Google WhatsApp and other verification services is not working.
there was also at least two complete shutdown of the network
save your money and try another company or wait a bit6 -

I transfered from koodo and they sent a email saying it wasnt successful, but it fact it was, keep in mind fizz is still a new company in their running-in period, so there are some problems, it may take the night for the transfer to be complete. Still, you can fill a form like they say in the mail, just in case you reallt need help2
