How could I contact and talk with a real person?

How could I contact and talk with a real person? My line doesn't work from Friday and I trust you but until know it doesn't work and nobody takes responsibility for this problem.
How is in charge of this problem and how you can fix this problem?

Everything is through web chat or e-mail whit Fizz.
You can contact them in to 3 different ways
1- Chat bubble comes up after logging in and surf to any FAQ pages.
2- Use Contact form on your My Profile page. It automatically opens a service ticket in their system and they come back to you by e-mail. https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/#/account/contact-us
Make sure you describe the problem with as much details as possible.
3- Contact them through their FaceBook instant message page. https://www.facebook.com/fizzca/

Have you seen this FAQ? There is no simple way to talk directly to a Fizz representative. Finding the chat bubble in the solutions page is the closest you can manage.

Is this a new account that didn't activate properly, or an older account that stopped working during the outage Friday and didn't rejoin the network on Saturday morning?
