How could I contact and talk with a real person? My line doesn't work from Friday and I trust you but until know it doesn't work and nobody takes responsibility for this problem.

Everything is through web chat or e-mail whit Fizz.
You can contact them in to 3 different ways
1- Chat bubble comes up after logging in and surf to any FAQ pages.
2- Use Contact form on your My Profile page. It automatically opens a service ticket in their system and they come back to you by e-mail. https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/#/account/contact-us
Make sure you describe the problem with as much details as possible.
3- Contact them through their FaceBook instant message page. https://www.facebook.com/fizzca/

Have you seen this FAQ? There is no simple way to talk directly to a Fizz representative. Finding the chat bubble in the solutions page is the closest you can manage.
