SIM Card status says delivered but I didn't get it.

The Courier service people just left it at the door step which was seen by one if my friends. When I went back after 15 minutes it wasn't there. The Courier guy didn't even attempt to deliver it to my apartment. He just left it outside and someone stole it. Very bad customer service. Also, I am unable to contact Fizz to report this issue. I do not see any chat bubble even if I have disabled the ad blocker.

There is a link to report a stolen SIM card. Otherwise you can contact them via facebook.

As Benoit told you, you can send this contact form about your stolen SIM card. https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/#/account/contact-us
Otherwise, if you'd like to chat with them, you need to logged into your Fizz account. Then, you'll see their chat bubble "available Monday to Friday from 7am to 10pm, and weekends/ holidays from 10am to 6pm. Outside these hours the customer chat bubble will not be visible."
