It is possible to get a fixed number of minutes for long distance calls to Cuba if I pay $5 per month.

I'm not sure if Cuba is an available option but you can go to My Plans under your profile, then select manage plans then select change plan. Scroll down until you see Long Distance and enable it then search for Cuba. If it's there it's probably a cheaper option than a travel add-on.6

Hi, this is possible.
Go to ''My Plans'' then select ''Manage my Plan'' then select ''Travel''.
You can enter 'Cuba' in the window shown on the web page to access their rates. You must add funds to your wallet to access these rates (My Plans/Manage My Plan/Wallet).
