I have a question about the terms of using Fizz mobility service. I heard that if I do not stay in Subscription area for 3 months, I could be kicked out of the service. Is that true? I am living in Ottawa now but I am planning to move to Toronto area to get a new job soon. And maybe stay there and not sure when I will be back.

Yes, that's true. The majority of your usage must be on the Fizz network.
