Without Band 4, you will not get LTE data.

Which frequencies must my phone support?
For an LTE-compatible phone configured with LTE network preference:
Calls: The device must absolutely support the frequency HSPA 850 MHz or 1900 MHz
Mobile data: The device must support the dual-frequency 1700/2100 MHz (also called AWS or band 4) or 700 MHz
For a phone that only allows 3G or HSPA preferred:
Calls and / or mobile data: The phone must support the 1700/2100 MHz frequency (also called AWS)
Cheers

Will it work with 3G internet though?
Thanks!6 -
It wont be reliable only one frequency supported!7

I don't think it will work with 3G data either, since it doesn't have 1700/200 in 3G either.8

Yep I agree with Allison!7

You must have 1700 to be able to fully use your phone in this network.6
