hi, am trying to change information in my profil --> main menu . am able change my name, add phone number but on the contact Email i was not able to change it. any raison why?

For now all you can do is change the way they communicate.
Go in your profile preferences at the bottom left.
There is one for the account and an other one for your plans.

Not sure why. But Facebook and Spotify once had this issue as well where you couldn't change the email that you signed up with. They did eventually provide a fix for it.
But I wouldn't expect fizz.ca to provide a fix in the near future.6
