Promotion period was for 3 months but the bill charged for the second month was 39 CAD. This is wrong .

I tried to change the plan to add international coverage. But the effect doesn't take place and the plan remained as it is. And my friend also did the same and his plan got updated with the same rates of the promotional period. What to do???7
