With Videotron plans, you can use your phone mostly in other provinces for 3 consecutive months. After that, they might ban you accessing partner networks. I wonder if this is the case with Fizz too. I do not see fine prints regarding this.

If you want out of province usage, get the Canada wide plan!3

The Canada plan will not work if you stay for more than 3 months outside the green zone of the coverage map. This is because Fizz pay other for roaming so they will not make money on such account.3
