The support team helped me identify the problem, but could not help me update the smsc. Google wasn't very helpful either.

None of those methods work on my A52. I tried all variations for the last 2 hours. I had to put the Sim into another phone to edit it.
-
I now think the problem is a misconfigured smsc number. I've asked a separate question on how this can be edited on Samsung A52.

My phone is up to date and messaging worked earlier today. My wife's phone on Fizz can send messages with no problem. Obviously, the issue is "error- 0", whatever that might mean. (Sorry but in a previous life I was responsible for defining user interfaces, so I have little patience for this crap).
-
What does "Error 0" mean and why would any competent technical implementation deliver this to a user interface. I've already rebooted my phone, switched airplane mode off and on, manually selected all possible available networks. The last ticket I opened a couple of months ago is still open so I don't see this as an option…

So to clarify, if I had multiple unused/inactivated upgrades, and all my "upgrade slots" were in use, I could replace an existing one by applying an unused one, and this would count as one action on the slot.

@Newcomer, As mentioned abovem the data with the shortest lifespan is used first. This generally works to your advantage. If your perks are of short duration, you might want to apply them and use them first, allowing your regular data to roll-over and thus have more data to be available later.

Why should you use my referral code? Because I'll gift you at least 1Gig of data! 45VOS

I also realize you are trying to get users to be self-sufficient, but I do think help should be more accessible

Thanks for the answer and the link. I had assumed that the icon labelled FAQ took me to a page with the bubble, but instead you need to follow the hyperlink associated with the text of a specific question to get to the specific FAQ, where a chat bubble will appear. Also is the bubble available at all times or just business…
