Okay, I bought GL.inet Opal wifi and switched Fizz router into bridge mode... And what do you think... No issues anymore! It was just faulty wifi inside Fizz router, but Fizz Customer Support told that my router is fine and noone going to replace it.

Cool, looks like my place doesn't have anything except Videotron… which is also Fizz. Will try to buy wi-fi router than, maybe that will help ;(

Ok, support did not solve my issue and refused to replace modem. I am cancelling my service and will look for another provider.

I've contacted around 4-5 times this week. Made all their requests like change settings, reset modem, disable 2.4 network etc - nothing changed. No one even suggested to replace modem or something like that. Most that they are saying contact to the support of the services above.

I mean discussion. "I verified your modem`s signals and while some signals were quite off in the modem`s history, the issue appears to have been remedied." - issue was never remedied and they just closed the discussion with these words.

Fizz support already told me to reset modem, made that and it did not help. Also they told me to try to disable 2.4ghz network inside modem settings which also did not help. Unfortunately, I have no another wifi router to test.

Speed is 450/50, but it is with common services like Google or Netflix (test with their servers), however Telegram don't have speedtest to their servers.

That is over wifi, no possibility to test over ethernet (don't have any device except tv with it).
