Si tu as 0 minutes tu ne peux pas faire d'appel à part les services d'urgence. Parcontre, tu peux faire des appel si tu as des add-on, ou tu as ajouter de largent dans ton portefeuille Fizz.

There is a very important risk that needs to be considered when changing the data plan. 1 - You might not get the same price next month. This is especially true for people who had the same plan for a long time with fizz. How much you need Sara G.?

Go to https://fizz.ca/en and Login You should see the "My Plan" link in the left sidebar, under "Overview". If you don't see it or you are using a narrow screen, it should be in the top bar next to "Overview". I any case, I provided the link: https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/#/account/plan

The big issue of the problem is just that when I try to connect using login, in the community, it is sending me back to fizz.ca then I connect, then go to "help", then community Hub, this redirect me here, but I am still not connected. I have to repeat that process 3 to 4 time or change the langage and then connect.…

I downloaded Firefox, but I still have the same problem that I have with Chrome. - No proxy - Cache cleared - Cookies cleared - Ad block Deactivated - VPN off - Tried Chrome and Firefox Still no success :(

Contact them through Messenger, the messages are recorded and they will answer you back as soon as they can, and you dont need to wait next to the chat.

J'pense que la situation a été réglé car je ne vois pas la même annonce. Mais on dirait bien que fizz a une porte ouvert sur son serveur. Je suggère d'informer Fizz directement.

If you change your SIM card, you can open a new account and request your own phone number from that new account even if that account is associated with Fizz already. However, I suggest you to contact Fizz directly via Facebook Messenger or Twitter if you intend to keep the same SIM in order for them to do the transfer.
