If I subscribe to the Canada-USA plan for my mobile, can I use it at no additional cost while I am in Florida for 5 consecutive months and Canada for 7 months?

Non, you cannot, the maximum is 3 consecutive payment cycles

No Liliane that’s not possible. You need to be less than 3 months in States to be ok.4
