how do I get to "My Plans"?

Go on the Fizz page https://fizz.ca en click on login, after on my plans6

note that you can’t access your mobile/home internet info from the community.
you’ll need to login from fizz.ca then follow mike instructions!7 -
On desktop:
Type https://fizz.ca/ in the search bar. Click on the person icon on the top right, and login with your Fizz credentials. Once you've logged in, the "My Plans" section will be in the bar on the left side of the screen, under "Overview".
On mobile: Go to https://fizz.ca/. Click on the "Login" button on the top right, login with your Fizz credentials. The "Plans" section will be at the top of the screen, between "Overview" and "Profile".7 -
Go to https://fizz.ca/en and Login
You should see the "My Plan" link in the left sidebar, under "Overview".
If you don't see it or you are using a narrow screen, it should be in the top bar next to "Overview".

You need to connect to your account dashboard on the website www.fizz.ca. You will see the login are in the right corner at the top.
