As Mike said you cannot use it. I would recommend Public Mobile for your area if you are looking for inexpensive service.

Might want to use an app on your phone to see how many routers are in your range and which WiFi channel they are on, then switch your channel to a less congessed one.

Fizzy, I would expect it ended on midnight July 14th so I should get it. I just dont know if they normally show the promo referral amount or not, I'll check with support in the morning to see.

Kurt I had the same issue with the Sundae badge and support had to fix it, as Mike mentioned. I don’t think I got my points though when they added but not worth the hassle of me contacting them again.

I've had to contact Fizz a few times but never once seen the chat on the website available (even though I was logged in). Facebook has been pretty good at helping me but the response time isn't likely as fast as live chat.

Best to contact Fizz support in that can see what your options are. Sounds like another one would need to be mailed out and verify the correct address.

Check the details as Mike suggested but see if they have the wrong shipping address. I got my sim card yesterday (2 business days after ordering in Ottawa) but thankfully my mailman knows my name, they left my townhouse unit number off of the address even though it was included in my order on checkout.

I've never been with Videotron but most carriers only bill you for the days you used if you cancel mid month so it should be fine to switch whenever you decide.

Hopefully this isn't a Tangerine issue as I plan to also use my Tangerine Mastercard when I port over on Tuesday. I'd try connecting Fizz support to see what they suggest.

If you have no device balance on your current plan I would just transfer now. Your current provider will cancel your service with them once the port is done and will (or at least should) only bill you for the days you used this past billing cycle.
