You can see the status of all your Fizz orders in your Order history.
1- Log into your account and go to My profile.
2- Click on Order history / See details.
3- Click on the shipping number to see on the carrier’s website the details of your delivery.
4- If there’s any inconsistency with the delivery information you see, contact the carrier directly.
5- If the carrier cannot help you, contact us using the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner of this FAQ during our business hours so we can open a ticket for this issue.

Update 05/14/2020: Please note that Canada Post, one of our delivery partners, informed us to expect delays up to 5 days in SIM cards deliveries in the Montreal region. Please check the partner's delivery tracking for further details. The Wi-Fi modem delivery is not impacted.

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.20 -
Check the details as Mike suggested but see if they have the wrong shipping address. I got my sim card yesterday (2 business days after ordering in Ottawa) but thankfully my mailman knows my name, they left my townhouse unit number off of the address even though it was included in my order on checkout.19

Best to contact Fizz support in that can see what your options are. Sounds like another one would need to be mailed out and verify the correct address.18

you need to buy a new one, and when you are going to activate ask for the refund of the first one.19 -

Contact fizz on FB. 10 days though is not that bad. I would recommend waiting for another week.10

Maybe someone stole it from your mailbox. Contact Fizz support on chat and they can find a solution.4

Unfotunately, someone seems to have stolen your sim card.
If you are living in Montreal, you can directly buy a Fizz sim card in a Couche-Tard.
When you have it, call the Fizz support and ask for a refund of your Fizz sim card not received.
Fizz chat is available from 8h00 to 21h00.
