There can be an administrative problem with recording information. However, your phone's ability to perform on the VoLTE band is the real test. Wifi off. Check service on LTE. Place a call. You will know right away!

Check the 'i need days pages' - lots of people giving days over there I'm new, so I have no idea if I will have data available, but will keep and eye out to pay it forward.

Yup- sucks, but complacency has its price. You rates didn't move up during that 4 years, when prices might have been higher (you might have received a promotional rate 4 years ago, for example).
