It really depends on the area you are traveling to and the coverage that is available at that location. I've been to New Hampshire, Chicago, Vermont, New York and speeds were fast enough. It most places, you get LTE. Only in the rural parts of New Hamshire and Vermont did I drop down to HSPA.

The travel add on is effective on the day you purchase it. So if you purchase it before the 8th, the travel add on will expire at the end of the new cycle. If you purchase it after the 8th, it expires on the following cycle (almost two cycles).

I would assume that the upgrade would be removed first before applying the billing, but you should probably ask support for the details of the system. You need to have roaming turned on for your data to work outside of Quebec. You may have to toggle airplane mode after you turned on roaming or in the worst case, reboot your phone.

Fizz does not support this feature, but your phone app should be able to give this information in its history to you (assuming you've been on the same device for the last 6 months).

Fizz uses Videotron's infrastructure to provide internet services. So it depends on the plans if Videotron.

When were these ratings added? It was quite rough at the beginning with the service and many billing issues. However, it has been getting better and I can see that the rating may not be reflective of the current service.

If both SIMs are on the same account, the wallet money is shared by both SIMs. If one runs out of data, it will start using the money in your wallet.

Your second screenshot definitely shows that it is locked. You will need to contact Telus to unlock the phone for you.

Given that their parent company, Videotron, only supports VoLTE and WiFi calling on a select number of handsets, I doubt you will see it anytime soon on Fizz where it's a BYOD model.

I am able to use data perks and data upgrades on my texting only plan. I can't receive data gifts because I do not have data on my plan.
