First thing i do when the service is back up is to call the fido winback number and leave a VM to go back to them. I'd still keep the other sim i have but not my primary one. Its just too scary to not be able to receive calls from work / daycare / school etc when there could be some emergency. I feel like some amateurs…

I just found out that my 2nd sim (the most expensive plan and primary number) is still not 15 days old. So do I first need to "unsubscribe" from the options menu and then switch to a different provider or the usual go to Koodo/Fido and have them switch the plans and deactivate fizz. I would still get the refund I presume?

and I love when they say its just "some" members. I know of 8 people (some who i referred and are cursing me right now) on FIZZ and all have outage.

This is simply put, pathetic. Specially after last weeks outage. Atleast it was at night time so it wasnt that serious. Right now people are at work and need to have an active cell reception at all time. What an utter disappointment.

Its been 25 mins since this post brought the outage to Fizz's attention (facepalm that they didnt know this already) and an hour since Allison W. posted about it. Whats the ETA? I feel like saving a few bucks wasnt worth it after all.

PLEASE @WHIZZ. FIX atleast the ability to make and receive calls ASAP. These are working hours unlike last week.

yes another outage. This is just too much i feel. I am going back to fido/koodo . Cant receive any calls Can only make outgoing calls to non-fizz numbers. This is pathetic. I would have hoped they learned from last week disaster. Coverage: canada wide.

It took 5 days for me to port my fido number (secondary line on an account). Contacted everyday via chat bubble. Told them i am leaving in 24 hours if they dont fix and voila fixed within 24 hours.

Same thing happened with my friend. Contact bubble via unsubscribe (it always appears there)..

I have the same issue. Since joining fizz 6-7 days ago, the "see usage" button is greyed out. I see 8 GB left (all of my data).

call purolator/career that delievered your shirpment and yell at them. Thats what worked for me. It came very very late however, definitely not in 2 hours like it is promised. Chat with fizz and have them refund you the express shipment cost.

I have 26 days left in my cycle and it shows I have full data available - no reduction from my total GB in my plan. I dont have "usage" button enabled as well.

I do see fizz bars/signal now. But only 3G and no LTE on both my iphones. (Location: TMR, montreal)

@whizz This message should also be in the header of every webpage of this website incl details on homepage. I dont think this is a limited/small outage.

Same for me. No service on my phone. My wife’s phone is working fine at same location.
