The activation code is not valid. How to solve it?
I received the new SIM card yesterday. When I went the web page and used the activation code (six digits and letters) on the SIM card package to activate the SIM card, it keeps saying "This code is not valid. Please try again". Tried many times, still not working. Sent a Contact Form to FIZZ to ask for solution. After one day still no answer. Tried Chat, never got Chat bubble pop up. What should I do?

I'd say contact them via FB messenger.

This happens when somebody has already attempted to activate the SIM card.
If you have not already tried to activate it, I would contact customer service using the chat bubble or messenger.13 -
Same thing happened with my friend. Contact bubble via unsubscribe (it always appears there)..12

My first contact form was answered after a day. My second took a few days. Guess they are getting busier.10

Disable pop up blocker, that should make it appear again. However contact forms usually work. You just have to wait.7

Thank you guys for your help. Here is the update.
After one day of sending the Contact Form, I got an email reply from Fizz. In their email, they only sent me the link for activation. I know where to activate the SIM card so I don't need the link. Nothing was fixed. Still cannot activate. Message still shows "This code is not valid. Please try again". They used no-reply email so I cannot answer to their email.
Tried FB messenger yesterday evening. So far no answer from them yet.
I think the SIM card code has been locked since I tried many times. The only thing they need to do is to unlock the code or send me a new SIM card. For two days the issue is still not solved.7 -
Chat bubble still not working. I checked that Pop up is allowed.
Here is the warning message from Fizz.ca : "If the chat bubble still does not appear, it means there is a number of sessions waiting for us beyond our processing capacity, please leave us a message on Facebook Messenger or on Twitter private."7 -
Contact support via Facebook messenger if you can't get a response from e-mail. Good luck on resolving your issue!0
