Is it fixed? Same issue at H4M, How to complain and let customer service know?

It looks like the customer service is broken recently, nobody I can talk in time, only one response I got is just general/basic instruction, no conversation with a real customer service, I do not understand how they're thinking.@Sébastien code ZXEL1

Is the 'Host Name' a domain name on duckdns.org, e.g. leiyang.duckdns.org. ? @Jess_i88b6

Try 'dyndns.org' with fake data: And then get error: "Failed connect to DDNS server, please wait a moment and try again." Then I try 'duckdns' again, get same error:

I'm using duckdns.org for my previous modem, it's working fine, it's ok to switch to another one if some of them in the list are free, any suggestions ? thanks.

@Jess_i88b6 if next available day is 10 days after, the custom has not any priority and have to wait 10 days, right? I know it rarely happens, just want to understand any possibility Thanks
