So i contacted customer support. They will have to escalate this to their technical support team. It seems theres a bug with the APN that is unable to accept our network registration. Funny thing is, my mom has the same problem. She uses a iphone 7 plus , i use a samsung note 10. So this isnt android/ios related.

I am now getting Fizz EXT , so voice / text / 4G works. No LTE of course because its a EXT network.

It doesn't work with me either. The problem started around 12h pm during lunch. I have forced my phone in GSM mode and I can only get Fizz Ext network. I cannot find the main networks APN. Wow no kidding, I have the same exact problem. It was around 12h pm that my phone started not working. I messaged fizz and they said server were ok wtf. It doesn't work with my mom either. I reset, factory reset, cache cleaned and even tried many things. All I can do now. Is force my phone on GSM so I can at least get Fizz…

We already have pretty limited tech support for iPhones and androids , i doubt there's any support for blackberry users since they probably represent 0.1% of the customers.

you can always go back to your old company. If you did your research, you will know that they've been in business for less than half a year. Problems are for sure to occur. You were attracted by the price... now either keep it or change company.

It is not as simple as you think when it comes to large scale technical problems. Two reasons why they don't give estimates : 1. The possibility to not be able to meet the estimated time due to a large scale tech problem 2. Avoid any complaints / angry mobs if estimated time is not met.

35$ for 60mbps and 45$ for 120mbps. I think its a steal for 120mbps 45$. I got invited , my friend too. We started fizz around november.

I feel sorry for those who's paying the retail price, i am still on Beta so i don't mind that much (7.50$ a month) but come on , i hope everyone who's paying retail price should get compensated. In 2018, who the hell uses 3G over LTE?????? its a huge difference.

Im still on BETA plan so i have nothing to complain about. I would be pissed though, if i paid 40$ plan and LTE didnt work ... there's a huge difference in terms of speed. Im still stuck in 3G .........

Like i said guys, The status is not accurate. It took me a week to get it. Status said delivered but it wasnt. Don't rely on Fizz shipping status. GOod luck.

Here's your problem it seems, i got Carrier : Fizz 34.1. Try on your iPhone. I doubt it'll work for iPad.
