You can't port a number over an active line. If you want to port your number, you gonna have to get a new sim and activate a new plan with portability.

It may be because you don't have data in your plan. Does your 3 Go comes from an add-on or your actual monthly plan?

Your home adress is associated with your plan. So you have to go in your Fizz account, go to «My plans» section and then click on «manage plan». Once you'r there, click on «change home adress». From that page, you will be able to edit your home adress. Hope it helped! G.

I haven't seen any phone number on their website. I believe the chat is the number one point of contact. You can also reach them on Facebook messenger, Instagram DM or fill out a form in your customer account under «My profile» section. If your problem is serious they might give you a call.

Hi, Fizz has a Travel add-on offer. You can access it by login into your account --> My plans --> Manage plan --> Travel From there, you'll be able to enter your destination and buy whatever add-ons you'd like :) Hope it helped! G.
