There is a limit before that we have to bring our mobile back to subscription area (Quebec) after few months. Does it meaning we can use our phone in those new area without limit of months now? 😊

I see, on the Forum, that SMS works if I have travel add-on (kid can send/receive text with travel add-on). Is it real? If it is correct, then I only need to open the new number as basic plan (without data, without text), but purchase Travel Add-on for kid. Anybody has the experience on this? Thanks.

Also, I had five numbers before. Whenever I need to do something, for example to gift data to kids, I must remember which number is for who. If I can mark the numbers with kid’s names, I don’t need to remember their numbers.

If your two numbers are clearly different, it is okay. If you two numbers are very similar, I am not surprised to mix up.😂

Thanks all for reply. No matter what reason, I think to make an alias for each number will be easier to identify. When you have more numbers in the same account, you will understand it.

If I put $5 in their account, they could use all in one day, or even in one hour. It is not a good idea to put 25-50 cents each time to make a deposit. You may be a single or still young.

Thanks for your quick reply. I know I can ask refund. But I want to keep some $ in their account, in case they need to make a call/text. What I want is to on/off the wallet. If Fizz can add this feature, that will be great.

Hi David, I had the same problem like you before. The reason I knew was that my alarm sent me notification when the WiFi lost. I bought a new router ($200), instead of using Fizz Modem. Everything is okay now - no even single cut for 3 months. I think Fizz Modem is not good for WiFi.

I highly recommend that Fizz has this function. My friends told me that they almost missed my call because they thought it is scam (only shows the number). I know I can ask them to add my number in their contact list; but for someone, who do not have my number in the list, may skip the call.

Which router you guys used to replace the Fizz WiFi? I have old one (Linksys E2500), but it seems not work very well - still have one time cut this morning. Please share your experience, Fizzmates :). Thanks.

I agree with Mike. Probably, you can try new plan with Fizz for one month. If it is fine, then switch your current plan; and stop the trial plan. Otherwise, just stay with Bell. Or, just ask your friend who has Fizz plan to check.

@Mike, Why the clients pickup the phone call when I asked the store to call them. The same client should not know the number as well. This confused me, and let me think about this question.
