@Fizzy, I'm waiting on help but I'm trying to get help sooner than "we don't even have a timeframe for you" (CS sent for help). As I said, I was told that CS couldn't do anything because apparently they can't reset the account limit more than the one time they already did it. If that's not the case, then CS lied to me.
