I've got the exact same issue, waited in the chat queue for 2 hours and when it was finally my turn, they said they "couldn't find an agent for me" and killed the chat...
I haven't gotten my sim card yet even though it's marked as delivered and I've been trying to contact Fizz for the past 2 days to get a new one sent.
I hope this is only because of the launch and service won't be this bad forever.9 -
Hi,
To access the chat bubble, make sure all your popup/ad blockers are disabled and you're logged into your account.(Monday to Friday from 7am to 10pm (EST), Weekends and holidays from 10am to 6pm (EST).)
Otherwise, go to "My Profile" and select "Contact Forms" to contact them directly.10 -
Ad blocker is disables and still no chat bubble. I may try the contact forms, though none of the categories fit my question.

Fizz is completely digital, I am pretty sure they have put on an algorithm that drive the chat bubble on and off based on affluence.
So, yes, the contact form seems to be the best way to at least send them a message.
Doing so automatically opens a ticket in their system.
Make sure you leave a complete and exhaustive explanation of your problem. They have a tendency to cut the angles a bit and you'll be running e-mails back and forth for ever.
Looks like their boiler will be running out water soon!!! And what does a boiler running out of water? :O))

Login your account.
Click on “Help”.
In “Popular topics” click on any subject.
Scroll down to the bottom.
In the right corner the chat bubble will appear after 15 seconds.
Click on the bubble and type your question.
You will see what position you are in the queue.
Sometimes, it can be very long before you can chat with someone: one hour, 90 minutes…

@Rene D., I actually input the full link. I was copying and pasting it from notepad. And it said, moderating message, which happens occasionally, and this is what was output. I don't know if it's an issue with how they moderate it or what. I'll edit the link to fix it. Hopefully it sticks.
It seems that clicking on my link leads to the right page. But copying and pasting it would not as the forum seems to automatically shrink the link when it displays it.10 -

personally, I recommend to use the contact form on your "My Profile" page.
At least it automatically opens a ticket in the system.
BUT
Make sure to be explicit as much as possible about your issues. Otherwise you'll end up in a wild goose chase, exchanging e-mails for ever, trying to get the right answer.
