Traffic management policy is only on the 120Mbps connections and higher. And the question is if the policy will slow down the upload rate to say 10Mbps, or does it simply assign my data as lowest priority which could result in me getting a very slow upload speed, for example 1Mbps to give an extreme case.

Hi Hayley, No, there will be no problem switching. Bell uses DSL and Fizz uses Cable internet. You can even have both services overlapping if you want to make sure that you have no downtime. If you decide to sign up, use a referral code for a one time discount. I have mine posted here:…

@Jonathan, same also working in IT. Connection died this morning while I was in the middle of a meeting. Did you get visited by a technician yet? If so did they do anything. I managed to get a chat bubble earlier and have a visit scheduled for tomorrow. The problem is that it works fine most of the time, then out of…

Same, but two three times a day. Support has been useless. Been asking for help for a few days, they respond hours later and tell to do useless things.
-
Is the issue resolved? What was the problem? The same thing is happening to me. It started disconnect about once a day last Thursday, but today it's happened already 3 times.

It seems that no one has seen this error before. If you are still getting this error try contacting support.

You need to set these APN settings.

Protect yourself by using a password manager. This allows you to have very difficult passwords, and each website password is different. If one is somehow compromised, all your other accounts are still safe.
-
Nope. I guess they don't want people to have separate accounts for each service and then gift the perks from one account to the other.

Login to your online profile and you can add either Visa or Mastercard

You have to wait unfortunately

Are you trying to change your plan or create one?

I think you need to add a new card before you can remove one. If you can't add anymore due to reaching the limit, then contact Fizz and they can reset it for you. I'm not sure why Fizz has this limit, but it seems to be a very long lasting bug.

There seems to be some issues the last couple of days. I'm sure it will all be resolved soon
-
There are some areas of Montreal which lost service earlier.
-
Remove the card and then add it again with the new expiry.

When I updated my credit card details, the payment wasn't immediately. It was hours later, like at 10 PM. Give it a few hours, if you still aren't charged, contact support because otherwise your service will be cut.
-
Never though about doing this
-
There was a problem but it should be fixed by now
-
Why do people care so much about badges? They don't do anything, or am I mistaken?
-
There are no reported outages: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services

the email seems to be the only field that you cannot modify in your profile! Try contact support.

Good choice leaving CIK. You don't need the VIP unless you don't know how to plug in a modem.
-
The technician will get the cable into your apartment and check the connection. You will just have to plug the modem in yourself.

How many numbers does your credit card number have? It should only be 16. Do not enter any spaces.
