Fizz had given out a 30% discount for having lost service for a full day a while back. it was a temporary discount, seems like this was it.

I'm level 2, I got 2x 500 mb, 2x250 mb and 2x 2$ internet rebates

I've only got mobile, it's been fine, however when traveling, there's still bugs. I'm unable to receive voicemails when on Fizz EXT. It doesn't forward to the voicemail box. Also: I sometimes need to try a few times to connect to a network when not local, but it works. I was in Vegas for 5 days without issue as well as all…

Fairly sure that's the way it is with all companies. Once the card's activated to an account, you can't re-activate it to another one...
-
yes, it's a new gen phone, shouldn't be an issue. The problem is when the phones are older mainly. Just make sure it's unlocked.
-
BMO's website has been wonky, but it does work. The app works for me. So does RBC's app and TD's app.
-
I received an email telling me I was going to receive one at the end of this month, I can confirm in 13 days.
-
Authentication codes still seem to have issues, however people sending messages seems to work. I'd send a message to support about this.
-
either foul language or simply repetitive posting.
-
You'll lose the introductory prices if you change your plan going forward.

Je n'ai pas eu de problèmes moi. Il se peut que ce soit ton cell ou l'endroit que tu te situes... Tu es dans quel coin?

Fizz blocked off referral bonuses temporarily for new referrals. For existing accounts, they said they would be applied, but the person referring you also needs to have at least 1 month active as well.
-
As long as the phone is unlocked, it should. The sim card comes as an adjustable size, just make sure it fits your phone when you separate it. I haven't tried an Iphone 4 though...
-
It isn't possible without speaking to support. But it can also be used as a prepayment credit for your next bill.
-
you need to set up your APN correctly.
-
Fizz suspended referrals until the stabilization period ends.
-
Bonuses are tied to your profile, not your plan, so as long as you remain a customer with Fizz, you retain the bonus for the timeline of it.
-
The chat is your best bet for service as someone is on the other end pretty much right away daytime.
-
You probably have an APN problem. Did you set up your APN according to the instructions?
-
Incoming calls count as minutes, so if you have no minutes in the plan, then you cannot receive them either.
-
It's been working fine for me.
-
Unfortunately, yes. The discounted rate will go up to normal price for anyone signing up at this point. At least you save some money for now though.
-
It's 30% off the base price, it's only an extra 10% from where you were to begin with. Still a really good deal if you asked me.
-
yes, you start off by buying the sim card, then you get the plan when you activate it.
-
@Lopresor, sorry, I didn't mean if he's on the canada + US he'd get a text, I meant if he was on the normal Quebec only or Canada only.
-
As long as it's included in your plan, you won't have any surprise fees. Typically, when roaming, it'll charge you a fee to roam at most companies, however to my understanding, Fizz will simply send you a text message notifying you that you're outside the coverage area and will propose that you get a travel plan.
-
Yes, the data will work anywhere your plan works. If you've got the Canada+USA plan, it'll roam with you.
