if the fizz plan does not include texting?

    If you are in Ontario or Québec, put a few cents into your Fizz wallet, just enough, to send a single text message. 6c should do (5c + tax).
    If elsewhere in Canada, you may have to buy a text message addon.
    Or you contact support which may have additional options. As you shouldn't really have to pay extra money to be able to leave Fizz.

    If you live in Quebec, you can add funds to the wallet.
