How to change my plan to the latest offer
There is currently an offer of 20GB for $22.50 or 10GB for $20.25.
I am unable to take advantage of this offer through the "Manage my plan" --> "Change my plan" links.
When I try through the offer link itself, it takes my to my account page, which as stated does not show the deal.
The offer applies to Ontario, which is where I am and where the account is logged into.

These prices you see are with the so-called Discovery Discount. This discount is available for new plan activations only, you can't move an existing plan to this discount. You can cancel your existing plans and open new ones though.

I hope we can find a solution, i feel it’s not fair no to have the same deal, Fizz should treat her old members better than the new ones.

You need to activate a new plan with a different phone number.
