Hi, Nothing Phone are missing LTE band 13. Particularly important for Fizz.

The problem with less known brands here is the risk that they may not work with Fizz's VoLTE.

We cannot know this in advance.

It is not a matter of frequency and the phone's VoLTE support but rather whether it supports Fizz's settings.

The phone should preferably be from USA or Canada versions; otherwise, the reception may be poorer given the number of supported frequencies. This is true for 4G and 5G as well.

So since none are on Fizz's list, we cannot know whether or not it will work.

Not on the list of phones certified by Fizz

    See following FAQ

That's probably why they are asking if anyone here as actual experience using this phone on Fizz.

Also, phones don't need to be certified if all you want to use is data. It's only VoLTE that may not work with phones that are not certified.

The missing band 13 is a problem though. Will lead to less than optimal coverage on Fizz.

It all depends what type of user you are.

If you want things to "just work", stick with the set of phones officially tested by Fizz.

If you are adventurous, willing to spend some time to research and figure things out, don't mind a mountain of hurt and/or possible service limitations, in order to squeeze out every last buck of savings, you can try other brands.

But, then let us know what works and what doesn't
