Error Message When Gifting

in Data Gifting

I keep getting an error message today when trying to gift data. It says the member doesn’t have a data plan, but they do. I’ve tried it with a few different members.

    You probably already know that you can only give your plan's datas. Not those you received as gift. If you have still some in your plan I share you two different experiences I got with that.
    1. I received that message when I copied, by error, the referral code with additional position. I know pay attention to that because we don't see those additional position because there is nothing inside.
    2. A few weeks ago, I could not give as usual the last datas in my plan. I noticed that to a Whizz and it was corrected for the next month.

    Also make sure the members privacy settings isn't set to incognito mode. Incognito members can't accept gifts.

    I think you’re right! It’s the last day of my plan so maybe I’m blocked from donating based on your second point. Thanks for letting me know!

    Great point! Thanks! I’ll check to make sure the member isn’t using incognito mode.

    Check the referral code for leading or trailing spaces.

    To receive a data gift, one must have at least 1GB of data pack. if someone don't have a data plan, we can not give them any data.
