Travel Add-on, what does this mean please?
With regards to travel add-ons, trying to understand what this mean please (example: France):
''Calls / Texts incoming from anywhere; outgoing to your destination country and to Canada''.
I have a Canada wide plan. If I travel to France, does this mean I can receive calls from anywhere, and make calls to France or to Canada, for the rate of $5.00 for 100 minutes? Or what do I get for 5$?

Yes, it is relatively new, Fizz started offering this for select countries a few months ago.

Yes, you are correct.

I was under the impression Fizz mobile could not receive calls internationally, that call forward from Fizz cell number to a Voip number was required, example while in France?
Is this something new, that calls can be received internationally with the purchase of an add-on, and that calls can also be made from a foreign country to that country or Canada, as long as an add-on is purchased?

Thank you for confirming, I had looked around the site and the FAQs and did not find any clear information on the subject, and the way the travel add-on is presented (as per the print in my initial post) appears unclear and subject to interpretation.
