How do I get an open ticket closed?

I have an open ticket showing on my page, that was self resolved almost 4 weeks ago. how do I get it closed?

    You can just write to a Whizz (Fizz moderator). Just use the little enveloppe up this page. Tape Whizz as receiver.

    After a few months, the tickets close automatically.
