Depends on the perk, some of them are giftable.
Those that were given out during December aren't though, as far as I know.0 -

The only perk that I know can be gifted is the one-time 500 MB bonus upon signing up. The 10 GB bonuses and the 24-hour unlimited perks cannot, and are limited to the original account.
It's disappointing that most perks can't be gifted. That said, when using a promo plan like the 25 GB plan, I suggest data gifting most or all of the plan's GB, then using perms to make up for the gifted GB. So far, it's working wonderfully for me.

If you just have «use» the perks can be used just by you. If you get «Gift to gift» you can give it to a Fizz member in your Fizz contacts. PS But remember that you can active data for you. Then you can give your plan’s data.
